At the charity event, the orphans at the Tsinghua and Green Pastures Children's Home enjoyed the wonderful martial arts performances, played games with the children, and donated money and daily needs for the orphanage. article. Li Xuhang, Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania, Liu Dong, Cultural Counselor, Zheng Xueyu, Dean of the Confucius Institute at Dodoma University, Andrew Sun  (first from the right), and volunteers participated in the party.

In the early morning of the morning of the 24th, the Green Grassland Orphanage was decorated with volunteers and staff. The event venue was located in a simple iron shed under the courtyard. It is also one of the main activities for children. Although the conditions are simple, the faces of the participants and the children are full of excitement, and the festive atmosphere is strong.

At the beginning of the event, Zhu Jinfeng, an adviser to the Africa-China Charity and Cultural Exchange Association, thanked the companies and individuals who participated in the event and volunteers. Zhu Jinfeng said that Tanzania has a lot of poor groups and orphans. They are not only lacking in materials, but also need to care more spiritually. In Tanhua, Wanli came to Africa to come to Tanzania to support the development and construction of Tanzania. It is concerned not only with the transformation of social hardware facilities, but also with people's development and children's growth. The event reflected the Chinese people's action on charity and the care for the Tanzanian society.

In his speech, Counselor Li Xuhang first conveyed the condolences of Ambassador Lu Youqing to the children of the orphanage and expressed appreciation and gratitude to Dean Douglas Kiseu for his care and dedication to orphans over the years. Li Xuhang said that many of the Tanhua groups have contributed to the local people of Tanzania and are very concerned about the brothers and sisters of Tanzania, but there is still much to be done. The Chinese government provides 120 scholarships for Tanzanian students each year. The Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania also offers scholarships. He encourages children to study hard and can go to China to study in the future. He also hopes that the children will care for each other, grow up healthily, and contribute to the progress of the country when they grow up. After hearing the encouragement of Counselor Li Xuhang, the audience and children applauded.

Mr. Douglas, Dean of the Qingcao Orphanage, said that he sincerely thanked Chinese friends for their love and selfless help to orphans. In 2008 he and his wife set up this orphanage. Since then, they have experienced various hardships, such as lack of food, lack of funds for children to see a doctor and so on. After their efforts, the orphanage has successfully sent 10 children to school for education, but there is still a lack of funds for more children to go to school.

It is reported that the Qingcao Orphanage is located in the Bunju B area on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam. There are 30 orphans in the orphanage, the youngest is 3 years old and the oldest is 17 years old. Dean Douglas Giusu, the wife of the dean, the daughter of the dean and the chef of the orphanage took care of the lives of all the children. In addition to a very simple swing, the orphanage has few other recreational facilities for children to play.

After listening to the difficulties told by Dean Douglas, the representative of our group, Sun Changliang, said on the spot that he will continue to pay attention to the development of the orphanage in the future and can provide help for children to go to school. His generous commitment immediately won warm applause and cheers from the audience and children.

Counsellor Li Xuhang, Counsellor Liu Dong and representatives of Chinese enterprises distributed donated items to the orphanage, including bicycles, football, radio, tables and chairs, clothes, stationery, food, cooking oil, and consumables. The children received I am very happy after the gift.
