On 29th December 2019, the Tanzanian Branch of Herocean Group held an annual party for all employees with a theme of “The New Starting Point of the Journwy”. All Central African employees in Dar es Salaam and those employees who won prizes for long-term outstanding employees in non-local distribution centers attended this annual party.
At the party, Changliang Sun, General Manager of the Tanzanian Branch, summarized jobs of the Tanzanian Industry and Trade Department, and proposed his prospects about the jobs in 2020. The Tanzanian Branch has to make strategic adjustments according to Herocean Group’s strategic deployment: to develop from a manufacturer of single products into an integrated distributor of all products.
Roger Zhang, as Senior Manager and Assistant General Manager of the Tanzanian Logistics Department, made a job summary. In addition, he pointed out that we had encountered many challenges over the past year, and would face greater challenges in the following year, but everything would be fine as long as our teams would work together and hold onto confidence!
Six employees awarded the prizes for long-term outstanding employees shared their feelings for winning the prizes on the stage and took pictures with the leaders granting them the prizes to record the wonderful moments.
At last, Andrew Sun, the general manager of the Hereocean Enterprises（T）Ltd, made a speech with the theme of “My Journey in Herocean” and shared the lessons he had learnt over 7 years of his employment in Herocean Group - his journey of being promoted into the General Manager of the Tanzanian Branch from a grassroots employee in face of difficulties and setbacks in different stages by adjusting his state of mind.
At this party, the conscientious summaries and sincere sharing made everyone present closer to each other and boosted their confidence.
